After your application is approved we would like you to fax us the following documents:

1. A mutually sign a confidential agreement.
2. A copy of an official notarized VAT Registration Certificate (VAT 4 or EU equivalent)
3. Companies House Certificate of Incorporation and a company letterhead.
4. A company utility bill or bank statement no more than 90 days old.
5. Notarized photocopy of a representative (if possible directors) passport/driver license.
6. Provide at least two commercial references and one third party reference (Accountant/Bank Manager).
7. Signed Terms and Conditions of trade.
8. Copy of at least one current commercial invoice.

Once we have received the above documents, we will carry out the following due-diligence checks:

1. Verify all company details with HMRC Inland Revenue and the Company house.
2. Get references from all specified referees.
3. Carry out company and the directors credit check by a credit reference agency.
4. Check each directors details with the electoral roll.

To protect you as our business customer, we undertake reasonable commercial checks to verify our suppliers. The verification includes at minimum the following steps:

1. Determine the supplies history in the trade.
2. Check if there are normal commercial arrangements in place for the financing of the goods.
3. Determine if the goods are adequately insured.
4. Determine if there is adequate recourse if the goods are not as described.
5. Bank account details check with VAT certificate.
6. Determine if there is a market for these type of goods.
7. Determine if normal commercial practices have been adopted in negotiating prices for the goods.
8. Determine whether there is a commercial reason for any third party payments.
9. Take reasonable steps to insure that the goods do exist.
10. Determine whether the goods are in good condition and not damaged.
